To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

Please note that returns made not through Happily Ever Co. Return Center, will be denied. 

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition, un-washed, un-worn, free of any stains, pet odor, cigarette odor AND with the original Happily Ever Co. tag attached
  • In the original packaging if applicable 
  • Final sale items cannot be returned. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:
  • Clearance or Sale Rack Items (Includes any last chance or "sale" collection purchases)
  • Jewelry
  • Hats
  • Body Care & Lip Care ( lip balm, soaps, washes, perfumes, etc.) 
  • Home Fragrance
  • Hair Accessories
  • Candy
  • Handbags or Clutches
  • Leggings
  • Shoes
  • Personalized Items
  • Mystery Bags
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

  • The cost of return shipping, $7.00 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit (Happily Ever Co. E-Gift Card). 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be sent to you as a Happily Ever Co. E-Gift Card, within 3-5 working days.
